- The order has not yet begun, and you requested cancellation before it was processed.
Situations That Do Not Qualify for Refunds
We cannot issue refunds under these circumstances:
The service has been fully delivered and completed in accordance with the product details.
The service is already underway or lined up for delivery.
You changed your mind after placing the order—even if it was only partially completed.
Any issues that arise on your social media account (such as bans, drops, or restrictions) that are unrelated to our services.
Breaches of our Terms of Use.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered the processing stage.
Once the order is active or has been added to the delivery queue, cancellation or refund is no longer an option.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed. Please note that Followers-Shop.net is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party services.
