Situations That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

We cannot issue refunds under these circumstances:

• The service has been fully delivered and completed in accordance with the product details.

• The service is already underway or lined up for delivery.

• You changed your mind after placing the order—even if it was only partially completed.

• Any issues that arise on your social media account (such as bans, drops, or restrictions) that are unrelated to our services.

• Breaches of our Terms of Use.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.

• Cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered the processing stage.

• Once the order is active or has been added to the delivery queue, cancellation or refund is no longer an option.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Followers-Shop.net:

Refund Timing
